$2 Billion advertising dollars were spent trying to reach the 4 Million people on the island of Puerto Rico.
That is the same amount advertisers spent on the 44 Million people in the US Hispanic Market.

The problem is less contact with people in the states. They needed to spend more money to reach them. Some of them do not watch as much tv as, the people in cities we were told.
